By placing an order with us, you are accepting our terms and conditions and we will not be held liable if the customer does not understand these terms and conditions. Please contact us if you need help with any of the terms and conditions stated.
Guarantees and Warranties
Products supplied by us to customers are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty. If there is a fault with your product within the warranty period, please contact us and specify the problem. Any claim must be made to us within 3 days of invoice.
We will repair, refund, or replace any product that proves within the guarantee period to be faulty. However, if we suspects the product to be faulty due to misuse, wilful damage, negligence, failure to follow instructions, lack of technical understanding, alteration or fair wear and tear, we reserves the right to send the product back to the customer and re-invoice.
We are not under any liability regarding guarantees or warranties if any payment for the product is overdue.
Ownership and Risk
Customers should be advised that orders will be dispatched via their chosen postage method stated on the payment page of the website. We will not be held liable for any problems that may arise during the delivery stage of your order. We remain the owner of any goods ordered until we have been paid in full. Please read the Shipping section of the terms and conditions for postage costs and methods.
Payment
All goods will remain the property of us until the payment has been made in full.

On top of the low price watchmaking and jewellery tools – we offer Price Beat Guarantee. If you find a lower priced identical stocked item that is in stock from Australian competitor (even if it’s on SALE), we will match the price on the competitor’s invoiced price, and beat the price by 5%.
How do I obtain the price match and addition 5% price beat?
– By emailing the lower priced offers evidence from the competitor to contact@murata.com.au
What kind of price record would you accept?
– From a catalogue clipping, screenshot on your phone of the shopping cart, webpage or similar.
What is excluded from the Price Beat Guarantee?
– Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper coupon or electronic codeword)
– Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products or goods sold by a business placed into receivership)
What about priced item from Australian Competitor online stores?
– Our Price Beat Guarantee includes products you find online – as long as the item is identical and in stock. Price Policy when assessing the Price Beat Guarantee, we also take into account the lower price including GST and Delivery Charge to your shipping address.
In order to get approved for the price match and an additional 5% off on the same stocked item, we need legitimate proof of invoice pricing. However, these conditions may change at any time without notice.
